For sometimes, sneakers sizes bigger than 10 may run smaller.
For sometimes, sneakers size 7 may run bigger.

If the sneakers you ordered are in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 days of receiving your confirmation and payment.
For the same type of sneaker having several colors (such as color 1 and color 2), if one color is out of stock, we will change and send another color without confirmation. Unless all the colors of the same type are out of stock, we will then ask for choosing other type.
